Over the years, many a verse has been written about our great Celtic ancestor the Cailleach. Some steeped in mystery, others pure folklore. 
Although we all have our own favourites, it’s hard to prove which of those wonderous myths and legends have actually happened. However, it’s no myth that the Scottish mountains and streams create some of the World’s finest Single Malt Whisky.
